About Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra Neurotherapy Ashram

Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra Neurotherapy Ashram (LMNT Ashram) is the brainchild of the great visionary Dr. Lajpatrai Mehra (Guruji) with the sole purpose of serving the people through his wonder therapy. The ashram was established in the year 1993 with the help of Late Shri B. M. Tikkaji on a sprawling area of 12 acres amidst natural surroundings, situated on top of a plateau where unpolluted air and water are available in abundance and Nature is in its pristine beauty, at village Suryamal situated about 120 km from Mumbai.

Since 1994, every Sunday, patients are given free Neurotherapy treatments. Initially Sunday camps were held primarily for the tribal of the nearby area. With time, patients not only from the nearby villages, but also from far-off places such as Nashik, Manohar, Jawahar, Aurangabad, Palghar, Dahanu, Jalgaon, Satara, Pune etc. come for the camp. Since the camps were run on Sunday, the Ashram is popularly known as ‘The Sunday Clinic’. Presently the free camp is organised on Monday for the local Adivasi’s. 

We are a non-profit making, non-political, charitable trust, established in 1993, providing free service to villagers and their families.
The Ashram is registered as a Public Charitable Trust with the Mumbai Charity Commissioner under Registration No. E21505. It is also registered with the Commissioner of Income Tax under Registration No. 30224.
